E-vites

How to use E-vites

Step 1. Set up a folder in your email titled "E-vites"

Step 2. Select the appropriate E-vite. They are in Microsoft Word Format. You do not need to save, just open it

If you cannot access Word, go to www.Pathfinders.biz/Evites.htm and you will find them in a form you can use.

Step 3. Highlight/select all of the contents of the document/section.

Step 4. Cut or copy the selected contents.

Step 5. Paste it into an email which is addressed to yourself and add your own contact info. Make the subject line the name of the presentation.

Note... If you do not see the picture do not worry! The link is still there for your prospect.

Step 6. Send it to yourself. When you open it, save it to the "E-vites" folder so you do not have to do this every time.

Step 7. When you want to use it, simply open it, and forward it to your prospect! It is that easy!

Step 8. Follow-up and ask what they liked best about the presentation and give them the next one!
